Usage and Billing

Crosshatch offers flexible billing options to help you manage your AI usage effectively:

• Monthly Budget: Set a maximum monthly spend limit to prevent unexpected costs. This feature helps you stay within your budget as you explore and integrate Crosshatch's capabilities.

• Billing Cycle: Users are billed on the first of each month, after any available credits have been consumed.

• Mix Pricing: Costs are calculated based on the number of tokens processed:

  • Priced in $ per million input tokens and $ per million output tokens

  • Prices vary by mix and reflect the costs of the underlying models

  • Mix prices may change as the composition of mixes evolves due to leaderboard updates

• Payment Management:

  • You can update or remove your payment method at any time

  • Note that you're responsible for paying any outstanding balance

• Billing Transparency:

  • Access your billing history to view detailed per-mix costs for each billing period

  • Download invoices directly from your account dashboard

• Credits: Any available credits are applied before charging your payment method
